I dive into how you live, I research best materials & finishes, work with the trades to brainstorm and foresee potential obstacles.

Design
With information at hand I create floorplans, drawings, and finalize finish selections to meet your budget requirements.

Presentation
Your opportunity to see all of the above formatted in an easy to view, touch and feel presentation.

Procurement & Budget Review
With your approval, we begin the purchasing and delivery to keep your project on track, all while reviewing financial needs.

Project Management
I act as the primary contact for your contractor to answer questions, track deadlines, and oversee movement of project.

Installation
As construction comes to a close, installation of window treatments, furniture, and accessories can begin to round out the project.

Reveal
With much excitement, your space is once again yours!

Identify & Resolve Deficiencies
Together we walk through the space to create a punch list of any minor items that need to be resolved.

Project Closure
You are presented with a client binder and your space is ready for full enjoyment.
